Located high in the Judean Hills, Shoresh vineyard has a wide range of small parcels varying in elevation and soils, such as Moza Marl, Terra-Rosa and deep bands of limestone. Consequently, grape varieties are planted according to their optimized needs. This natural variation gives birth to an array of terroirs, which create wines of great complexity and longevity.
