Revived in 1965 by Jack and Jamie Davies, Schramsberg Vineyards focuses on the finest and most complex hand-crafted sparkling wine in California. Carefully blending from over 300 base wines, harvested from over 115 individual cool-climate North Coast vineyards, the winemaking team creates elegant vintage dated Pinot Noir and Chardonnay based sparkling wines using the méthode traditionnelle process.
