There is a unique place, where the landscape and the silence of the pampas gauchos transform into pure taste. It is in this new Wine Region that a new idea of creating high quality wines comes to life. Campos de Cima is a family estate located on the Western Border of the State of Rio Grande do Sul – Brazil; in a region where the predominant activity is farming. With an excellent potential for wine growing and production, in 2002, its owners, José Ayub and Hortencia Brandão Ayub, believed in this new undertaking and started planting the 15 hectares of vineyards, in this farm, where the green hills and the abundant sun mould the landscape. The couple and all the family, passionate producers committed to the creation of fine wines, have the philosophy of a limited production, in a little Boutique Winery, “where each bottle of wine keeps a perfect identity with the characteristics and traditions of this region”.
