Our AronHill Vineyard cultivates award-winning, dry-farmed estate wines, producing small-lot wines of natural purity and structure. The AronHill Bistro is the Paso Robles wine country’s dining discovery. Here you will enjoy fresh dishes made from seasonal and local ingredients, all paired with stunning hilltop views. The philosophy of the AronHill Bistro mirrors our approach to winemaking: deliver full, authentic flavors by relying on the best ingredients, and by not overcomplicating what nature has provided. We consider the Tasting room to be an extension of our home. It is designed to be a place of joy with a welcoming spirit that is rooted in our Portuguese heritage.
