San Quirico – Organic Winery in San Gimignano Since 1860, San Quirico has been cultivating its estate in the heart of San Gimignano, a UNESCO site ideal for high‑quality organic wines. All our wines come exclusively from our own vineyards and follow certified organic farming, respecting the environment and local winemaking traditions. Every step of production—harvest, vinification, aging, and bottling—is carried out on the estate, ensuring full traceability and authenticity. Our philosophy is to express the territory: each glass reflects the harmony of soil, climate, and native grapes. We welcome visitors from all over the world with guided tastings and winery tours to discover our organic production. Our 12 hectares of vineyards grow mainly local varieties: Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Bianca, Sangiovese, plus small amounts of Merlot and Syrah. This diversity allows us to create elegant, genuine wines that truly represent San Gimignano.
