Emeritus Vineyards
Emeritus is a family-run winery founded in 1999 with the goal of creating a grand-crucaliber estate program capable of making the New World’s finest Pinot Noir. To achieve this goal, Emeritus planted two remarkable dry-farmed Pinot Noir vineyards: Hallberg Ranch and Pinot Hill. Emeritus opened its idyllic tasting room amid the vine rows of the Hallberg Ranch estate vineyard in the Russian River Valley, and quickly became one of the best-kept secrets of in-the-know wine lovers. In 2017, as a reflection of the winery’s wonderful visitor experience, USA Today named Emeritus the #1 Winery Tour in the USA.
