Coquelicot Estate Vineyards
Coquelicot (Ko-Klee-Ko) is named after the French Red Poppy. We grow all of our own fruit. Our Vineyard and winery are both certified organic. We make natural elegant wines without any manipulation in the winery. Our focus is on Bordeaux varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. However, we do make some amazing Riesling and a Rosé of Sangiovese. Our style would be considered European, gracefully low on alcohol, well structured, with an elegant mouthfeel. The Coquelicot tasting room is located in Los Olivos. We are a unique venue with a serene outdoor courtyard, perfect for relaxing with wine and great company. If you are getting married this is a great setting for a rehearsal dinner or wedding reception.
