Recently described by Decanter Magazine as one of New Zealand’s top wine producers, Greystone vineyard is situated in the Waipara Valley, an hour north of Christchurch. Greystone is 100% certified organic and believes true fine wines are temporal, each vintage a fleeting snapshot of a place in time. Greystone talks proudly about their vineyard and terroir, but the best way to experience it is first-hand. Our Tasting Louge is open 7 days 11am till 4pm, and our restaurant is open Thursday through Monday 11am - 5pm. We offer a regularly changing A La Carte menu and a Four Course Trust the Chef lunch priced at $105pp with the option of wine pairing for an additional $44pp
