Founded in 1996, Black Hills Estate Winery produces premium wines from its estate vineyards on the acclaimed Black Sage Bench, in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley. Our Wine Experience Centre is located on the beautiful Black Sage Bench, and we are devoted to delivering extraordinary experiences that will become a lifetime memory. Crafting wines since 1999, and led by acclaimed winemaker Ross Wise, MW, discover wines that pair tradition with the unconventional. Born and raised in New Zealand, Ross joined the Black Hills Estate Winery team as winemaker in 2019, where he enjoys pushing wine quality boundaries for Black Hills’ premium portfolio, while also leading the transition to organic and biodiversity focused farming.
