Château de la Selve came into being in 2002. Benoît had just finished wine school in Beaune and was realizing his dream: to create this wine estate in southern Ardèche where he was certain the terroir possessed tremendous potential: its scorching sun and cool nights, its wild landscapes, its limestone soils that smell of garrigue, humus, truffle...!
