Reserved exclusively for one group at a time, Bells Up Winemaker Dave Specter will guide you on a full-sensory journey through our current releases. Relaxed and unhurried, you’ll experience our micro-boutique wines, learn about the vintages and their composition, and tour the barrel room as you make your wine selections. You’ll also gain insights into the two decades of life, business, and winemaking lessons that led Dave and Sara to move 2,500 miles to establish an un-domaine winery and vineyard on Chehalem Mountain.
